Welcome to the Social Soirée Collective. By accessing or using our website, attending our events, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

The Social Soirée Collective is a community for women in their 40s, 50s and beyond, offering networking, social events, and curated experiences. These Terms govern your use of our website, purchases, event participation, and any other interaction with our brand.

Membership & Event Participation

• Eligibility: Membership and event attendance are open to individuals who identify as women aged 40+ unless otherwise stated.

• Registration: You must register for each event or offering via our official website or approved third-party platforms.

• Non-transferable: Event tickets and memberships are non-transferable unless written approval is provided.

• Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to act respectfully and inclusively. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or disruptively.

Payments & Cancellations

• Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Cancellations: Refunds are not available for change of mind or inability to attend. However, in the case of event cancellation by us, a full refund or credit will be offered.

• Transfers: You may request to transfer your ticket to another person up to 48 hours before the event, subject to our approval.

Events and Tickets

The following terms and conditions will help all attendees to enjoy the event that tickets have been purchased for. Tickets entitle the holder to attend the event at the date, time and location stated on the front of the ticket and/or selected at the time of purchase through official sales channels. By purchasing a ticket the buyer and/or the holder agrees to the following:

  1. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that all details are correct at the time of purchase especially the event name, date, time and location. The ticket may not be exchanged, refunded or returned except in accordance with Australian consumer Law.

  2. Tickets purchased from third party resale sites may not gain you entry to an event, as we cannot guarantee that the ticket/s will be valid

  3. The right is reserved to vary advertised program and to add, withdraw or substitute artists and content as necessary.

  4. The right of admission is reserved including where entry is delayed for late arrivals, refused or where a customer is asked to leave the premises.

  5. Food and alcohol not purchased at the venue will be refused entry

  6. The recording of an event using any device is prohibited unless otherwise advised.

 

The above terms and conditions are consistent with Australian consumer Law. The right is reserved to vary these terms and conditions and update via www.socialsoireecollective.com.au

Ticket prices are correct at time of quotation or publication but are subject to change at the discretion of the Social Soiree Collective. 

Advertised prices are valid for today only and subject to change without notice.

Event Changes & Cancellation

We reserve the right to make changes to any event including speakers, venue, timing, or content, and to cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify participants as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.

Photography & Media Consent

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These images and recordings may be used for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please inform us in writing prior to the event.

Liability & Waivers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Social Soirée Collective is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained at our events.

• Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own belongings.

• Some events may include alcohol or involve third-party venues. Please drink responsibly and follow all venue policies.

Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be sold or shared without your consent, except as required by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
